Cancellation and Refund Policies

Please note: The Faith-Filled Childbirth Course monthly subscription is seperate to the Christian Hypnobirthing app subscription, and they must be cancelled separately. Please see the instructions below.

REFUND POLICY

​We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our Faith-Filled Childbirth Course. So there is nothing to lose, and every chance you'll gain life changing information and tools that will help you have the best birth possible.

If you would like a refund within 30 days of your original purchase, simply contact us to request one within 30 days of your initial purchase on info@christianhypnobirthing.com​

HOW TO CANCEL THE FAITH-FILLED CHILDBIRTH COURSE SUBSCRIPTION:
1. Log into your course account HERE 

2. Open 'Preparing for Birth' by clicking "ACCESS NOW" 

3. Click on your Avatar from the page header.

4. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

5. Under 'Account Information' at the top of the page, click 'Billing'

 

From there you should see Active Subscriptions, and find the option to cancel your subscription.

Christian Hypnobirthing App - App Store

App subscriptions are completely managed by app users themselves through the App Store, so unfortunately, we do not have a way to cancel subscriptions or issues refunds for purchases. Please follow the steps in this guide to cancel your Christian Hypnobirthing subscription or request a refund for incorrect charges.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APP STORE SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Go to the home screen of your iOS device and open the Settings app

  2. Tap Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases (listed under your name at top of the screen)

  3. Tap on Media & Purchases

  4. Tap View Account and sign in

  5. Tap Subscriptions, and then tap Christian Hypnobirthing

  6. Tap Cancel Subscription, which will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle

 

REQUESTING A REFUND FOR INCORRECT CHARGES

  1. Visit Apple's "Report a Problem" page here from your iOS device or computer: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Log in with your Apple ID username and password

  3. Under What can we help you with, select Request a Refund 

  4. Choose the appropriate reason from the Tell us more... drop-down

  5. Select the Christian Hypnobirthing app from the list of apps

  6. Click or tap Submit

Please note, Apple is only able to provide refunds for purchases made within the last 90 days.

Christian Hypnobirthing App - Google Play

App subscriptions are completely managed by app users themselves through Google Play, so unfortunately, we do not have a way to cancel subscriptions or issues refunds for purchases. REQUESTING A REFUND FOR A GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTION

If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase: You can request a refund through Google Play. To do that CLICK HERE.
