Can 'hypnobirthing' be Christian?
Yes! There are a lot of misconceptions around what hypnobirthing is (some people worry that it’s a form of mind control or ‘not right with God’ etc - which could not be further from the truth).
Simply put, hypnobirthing brings you into a deeply relaxed state, where you’re able to absorb positive affirmations and beliefs about birth, while remaining alert and completely in control. In fact as a Christian, you’ve probably already experienced being in this relaxed state many times, during prayer or worship activities etc.
Listening to Christian Hypnobirthing helps to bring you into this calm, faith-filled state, which can help make birth a more relaxing and joyful experience.
Can I try the App for free?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Please note: The Faith-Filled Childbirth Course subscription is seperate to the Christian Hypnobirthing app subscription, and they must be cancelled separately.
HOW TO CANCEL THE COURSE SUBSCRIPTION:
1. Log into your course account HERE
2. Click on your Avatar from the page header.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
From there you should see the option to cancel your subscription.

What's the difference between the app and the course?
Hypnobirthing is antenatal education combined with relaxation exercises to help you feel more confident and relaxed, with the goal of a positive birth experience.
Our Christian Hypnobirthing app is how you practice the relaxation, and our Faith-Filled Childbirth Course is the childbirth education (with modules on understanding our miraculous design for birth, making informed decisions about where to birth, who to choose as your provider etc).
It doesn't have to be our course, but to set yourself up for the best birth experience possible, we really do recommend using the Christian Hypnobirthing app in combination with an antenatal education course.
