This app was exactly what I needed!

"I wanted to send a note to tell you THANK YOU for your work! I had the most amazing home birth thanks to your app and book. I am so thankful a friend recommended this to me, as I had been listening to Hypnobirthing tracks, but didn’t relate well to them due to my religion.

This was exactly what I needed."

Birth story:

I listened to the positive affirmations and the removing fear tracks on repeat. My first birth experience was not great and I had many moments of fear prior to this birth. I feared the labor pains and how long it would last, and doubted myself if I could actually have a good home birth (as my last birth ended up with an epidural at the hospital).

After a week of prodromal labor (many hours of which I laid in bed and listened to the app), the contractions finally kicked up… FAST! After about 20 minutes of contractions, they were about a minute apart and a minute long. I jumped in the shower and my sister called the midwife.

While my husband sprayed hot water on my back, I prayed and was more relaxed than I ever imaged possible during labor. I asked Jesus to be with us and keep the baby safe. We put on worship music and I kept repeating the words from the positive affirmations tracks, almost automatically.

About 5 minutes later, my body started to push. Neither the doula or the midwife had arrived yet! But I felt so peaceful and never doubted for a second that God had full control in that moment. Baby boy was born breeched in about 3 pushes in the shower, with just my husband and sisters present. We had no idea he flipped, as he had been head down since about 25 weeks!

Finally the midwife arrived and confirmed everyone was good and healthy. The placenta was delivered and cord was cut on our bed. We were so peaceful and comfortable. It was truly something only God could have provided.

So thank you thank you thank you for being such a huge part in my redemptive birth story. I’ll never forget this experience and hope my story can help other women find confidence and hope that labor can be an amazing experience.

In Christ,

Samantha."
