How I Had Two Calm, Fast Births 18 Months Apart

"My name is Teresa Larson and I just wanted to reach out to share my experience with your course and app with both my births 18 months apart. The attached video is from my second birth with our daughter at the California Birth Center in Rocklin CA.
I was introduced to the Christian Hypnobirthing Course by my sister when I was pregnant with our first in 2024. I found the course to be so empowering and encouraging. I spent the second half of my pregnancy listening to the tracks on the app every night as I fell asleep. I felt so excited and ready for birth even without having ever gone through labor before. My first delivery was an amazing experience and went fast and smoothly. After this experience I was so in awe of my body and the perfect design for birth.
When we found out we were expecting our second I didn’t even think twice about using all the same tools I gained from your course. I started having contractions around 8am at 39 weeks. By 11:30am we headed out to the birth center, soon after my water broke, I started pushing at 1:10pm and our sweet baby girl was born at 1:31pm.
The entire delivery I felt calm, confident and strong. I knew my body could do it and I trusted the birthing instincts that I have been given.
Having not one but two incredible births makes me feel so unbelievably grateful for this gift we have to partner with the Lord in bringing life into the world. What’s an absolute honor!
