Kathlyn used the Christian Hypnobirthing app to help her overcome anxiety she had as a result of a previously traumatic birth, and was able to relax deeply while bringing her baby into the world.
Her wonderful video has now been viewed over 3.5 million times, and is helping inspire and encourage viewers worldwide to know that birth can be a peaceful and spiritual experience.
